Sweet and Sour Sauce for Meatballs

¾ cup br. sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 ¼ cup pineapple juice
¾ cup water
2 ½ tbsp soya sauce
3 ½ tbsp cornstarch dissolved in ½ cup cold water
Bring to a boil over low heat.

If freezing: Cool and store in freezer bag or container.
