Chocolate Cupcakes

1/2 cup melted marg/oil
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together well.  Stir and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
